Recalls hit 11 million units in China in 2016

According to the quality "watchdog" agency in China (General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine), automakers have spent over 21 billion yuan (2.87 bn
EUR) on fixing the incidents originated by non-quality issues.
Record recalls in China
